Ultima FM Ltd operates within a defined compliance framework covering licensing, employment, health and safety, and data protection. Compliance is monitored through documented processes, internal checks, and ongoing management oversight.

All security personnel are vetted, licensed where required, and deployed in accordance with role-specific responsibilities. Ongoing supervision and performance monitoring form part of our service delivery standards.

Risk is assessed prior to mobilisation and reviewed throughout service delivery. Clear escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols are in place to ensure proportionate and controlled responses at all times.

Ultima FM Ltd maintains appropriate insurance cover aligned to the services we provide, including Public Liability and Employers’ Liability insurance. Coverage levels are reviewed regularly to ensure continued suitability.
